Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Order times vary since each product is hand poured and crafted.
Our candles are made to order! That means, that we make each one with love and care after you place your order. Each candle need approximately 1-2 weeks to cure, meaning you may not get a tracking number until the candle is fully done curing. As we grow, we will change this process, in order to expedite our processing and shipping.
It typically takes about a week, but sometimes our times can extend during busier seasons. If you have a concern about your package's arrival, please message us so we can help!
For all preorders, please refer to the anticipated date in the description of the item!
We currently ship to the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada.
With any international shipping, Nox & Vesta is not responsible for any taxes and duties due at the time of deliveries. Nox & Vesta is not responsible for additional package delays or packages that cannot clear customs due to country restrictions. If a package is refused, Nox & Vesta reserves the right to recover any and all costs from the order total associated with the package returning to our possession.
We are planning to expand to more countries, so stay on the lookout for future updates!
We offer returns on any unused candles in their original condition within 30 days of arrival. Any returns that occur after 30 days will only be eligible for store credit.
If you received your candle as a gift, we can offer you store credit, equal to the value of the candle. Store credit may not be transferred, reloaded or redeemed for cash.
Returned candles must still have their lids in order to be eligible for returns. We understand the packaging it arrives in can become damaged after opening, but if possible, please return it in its box, to ensure no damage occurs while shipping it back to us. We will gladly cover to cost of shipping.
If your return does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to reject your return or exchange.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, we want to fix this. With any return or exchange, please provide us with your order number and the name associated with the order. We can offer either a refund or an exchange on our returns.

If your order needs to be cancelled, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be able to cancel your order before it ships out. After your order has been shipped, we recommend following up with us, and we can begin a return process with you. Below are some common questions about our products
Our 13 oz vessels burn approximately 65 hours. However, many folks have mentioned they burn significantly longer than that. Our 6 oz vessels burn for about 30 hours.
We use a proprietary blend of apricot, coconut, and beeswax.
Please keep candles away from all furry, feathered, and scaly friends you may have in your home. Please burn the candle in a different room or area from them. No candle is truly pet safe, including ours!
